Engines were fully serviced in 2020 and have done no more than 10 hours since. Engines start and run very nicely indeed. Bow thruster and aircon complete this very nice boat

Comentario del broker
I am very pleased to be able to offer this stunning Sealine F44 Flybridge cruiser.
She has her broads toll paid to April 2022 and a current Boat Safety Certificate to Feb 2022. She was fully serviced in 2020 and has only done about 10 hours cruising since! She has a full set of new high quality navy covers and canopies by Bailey and Stone, and additionally all her seating has been beautifully replaced in 2019. She is very well presented and clean and tidy throughout. She starts and runs readily with no smoking and has the added benefit of a bow thruster.
The configuration of the boat is two large well equipped double cabins forward of the capacious saloon each with its own private en-suite heads and shower. The master cabin offers an Island double while the guest cabin is configurable to double or single as required. The heads compartments are a very good size, bright and clean and each have new electric toilets fitted around 2019.
The wood work all seems to be in very good condition and well looked after as do all the headlinings and trims. The well equipped galley is a galley down layout and typical of the Sealine finish, fitted with Smev gas oven, grill and gas hob with microwave twin sinks and a large fridge.
The huge saloon offers a very warm and comfortable space to spend time and you are surrounded by leather and Prima Suede trim and seating and opens out to the large aft cockpit through sliding doors. A second fridge is within the corner cabinet and often used as a drinks fridge. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is fitted to the boat in all cabins. An additional Eberspacher diesel heater system was also noted with outlets throughout the boat.
The large aft cockpit has a real teak laid floor with an enormous lazarette beneath which gives excellent access to many technical systems batteries and is also a useful storage location. The easy to ascend flybridge steps lead up to a very large flybridge that extends fully aft and offers comfortable seating for 6, plus a full sized sun pad that extends fully aft. Again full real teak flooring is evident throughout the flybridge. The space up on the flybridge is very large and offers fabulous views, flexibility and a commanding driving position with good visibility. The upper helm is fully equipped and all the seating has weather covers and the whole flybridge also has a full navy all over cover too.
The aft of the boat is served by a very large integrated swim platform, again with genuine teak decking and has concealed boarding ladder and a vast self-draining wet locker and ample fender storage. Davit pillars are also moulded here.
This boat represents a very tidy and well equipped example and will be sure to please her new owner.
