Here we have a very rare (one off) electric day boat with a sports design and warranty*.
This is a standard Olympia 570 Holiday that was Bought new in 2019 to be used as a base hull for a demo boat for a joint electric boat collaboration between Bishey Boats and Lynch Electric boat motors.
The boat was professionally modified by Bishey boats to accommodate a shaft drive Lynch electric propulsion system and has been very lightly used as a demo boat at some boat shows since.
The boat is no longer required and is now being sold as a unique one off electric shaft drive version of this nice and sporty little runabout complete with trailer and tonneau cover.
So this represents in effect, an almost unused 2019 electric day boat with brand new lithium batteries just fitted, on board charger system, 14kw electric motor and full proportional speed control system. The Norfolk builder will warranty the electric drive train for 12 months from purchase too, so in effect you are getting an almost new ex-demo boat with a propulsion system warranty!
This is a stylish sports style boat in original gelcoat with almost no marks on her hull and superstructure and looks amazing. Her upholstery is undamaged in the cockpit and is an attractive colour scheme. She has seating for 4 to 5 in comfort and a good stereo system fitted and a swim platform / storage area aft which the normal outboard powered Olympia does not enjoy. This also has storage underneath.
She has navigation lights and the well trimmed cuddy is in excellent order and can accommodate 2 when required, and also has a light. The interior upholstery is very good with just one cushion that has a wrinkled and a worn area from demonstrations. The vendor will have the interior cushions re trimmed if the boat sells at the asking price. The boat will come with a fresh Boat Safety Certificate when bought by the new owner, and will be river trialed with the new owner.
So if you are looking for a quality electric day boat with 6 to 8 hours of useable charge on hand in a day, that is plug and play and looks the part, then this is a one off opportunity to acquire and very tidy and special boat package.
