This Leeward 18, aptly named 'Proper Job' is the very definition of a robust fast fisher.
Designed for both fishing activity and leisure use, the 'cathedral', GRP hull is strongly built to a high standard. The design gives great stability, and planes with ease. The hull also gives a pleasing performance in the rough stuff.
The boat features a large aft cockpit with plenty of space for fishing gear, two comfortable swivel seats, a selection of rod holders and a bait-board. The cabin is neat with lots of storage, there is plenty of visibility and ventilation, giving a comfortable, well protected space to shelter from inclement weather, there is even a two burner gas cooker for cups of tea!
This set-up is offered with the far more desirable outboard option. The low hours engine is a clean example of the Evinrude EFI 115, providing a solid power base with economic performance. There is an auxiliary 5hp Mercury for added safety.
Note, the boat comes with twin axel road trailer.
