Moody 31's are a popular yacht and there are many on the water for good reason. They are capable and well built yachts.
This one stands out as an excellent and well cared for example. The owner has made a number of significant upgrades including:
A new Beta 30 engine installed in 2022 and only 216 hrs on the clock.
The sails were replaced in 2023
Standing rigging replaced just 3 years ago.
Additionally, an extra house battery has been installed, electric windlass fitted, new spray dodgers, copper coat, cabin heater, LED lighting, installation of an additional access panel for the engine compartment and new port lights for the Aft Cabin. The list goes on and on.
It is clear this yacht has been well cared for by a competent owner. She is clean, dry and presents with no stains, no damp, no fade etc.
The interior is bright, with a warm and homely feel. Upholstery and woodwork are all in great condition.
On the exterior the gel coat and non-slip deck are in good condition.
An excellent example of this popular model. Viewing is highly recommended.
